The Company is principally engaged in the business of manufacturing of cement of different grades and is marketing its product under the brand name Valley Strong Cement. The Company operates through its Cement segment. Its product portfolio includes both Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC). The manufacturing unit of the Company is located at Jhoom Basti, Devendranagar, Badarpurghat, District Karimganj, Assam. It has a diversified customer base in Mizoram, Barak Valley Region and Tripura consisting of potential customers, contractors, builders, institutions, government agencies. The Company's subsidiaries include Cement International Limited, Badarpur Energy Private Limited, Meghalaya Minerals & Mines Limited and Valley Strong Cements (Assam) Limited.
