A. K. Capital Services Limited is an India-based company engaged primarily in the business of merchant banking and advisory services. The Company is engaged in providing various fee-based services, such as fund mobilization through the issue of debt, structured hybrid instruments, pass through certificates, direct assignments and others for clients, including India’s central and state government undertakings, public and private sector banks, financial institutions and private corporates. Its investment banking products and services include private placement of bonds, public issue of bonds, placement of masala bonds, loan syndication, underwriting of debt issues, qualified institutional placements, and others. Its broking and distribution services include institutional and HNI stockbroking, wholesale debt market operations in g-sec and corporate bonds, and depository services. Its financing services range from short term to long term and span both primary and secondary markets.
