Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited is an India-based engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company. It is focused on construction of buildings, such as residential and commercial complexes, information technology parks, institutional buildings, hospitals and corporate offices, airport, medical colleges, metro stations, industrial and townships, urban infrastructure, and others. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of civil construction activities. The Company is also engaged in developing and operating a commercial complex under a license arrangement and is also engaged in the real estate trading business. Its projects include hotel projects, such as Leela Palace Five Star Hotel, Pullman & Novotel Hotel, and ITC Gardenia Five Star Hotel; hospital projects, such as BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Tata Medical Centre and Fortis Super Specialties Hospital; commercial and institutional projects, such as District Court Complex, Indiabulls Office Building, and others.
