Four more IPO listings are scheduled in the last week of November
India’s booming primary market has led companies to raise record funding through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) so far in 2024. Till October, the number reached 132 exceeding the previous record of 126 filings made in a year in 2021. November has been an iconic month for the primary markets with the launch of mainboard issues such as the Zinka Logistics Solution IPO and NTPC Green Energy IPO. As many as 12 IPOs have been launched so far in November.
Shares of as many as nine companies have already made their D-street debut this month so far. Another four IPO listings are scheduled in the last week of November. Here’s a look at how shares of these nine companies have performed since listing:
Afcons Infrastructure IPO was worth ₹5,430 crore and consisted of a fresh issue of 2.7 crore shares amounting to ₹1,250 crore along with an offer-for-sale of 9.03 crore shares aggregating to ₹4,180 crore. The mainboard issue was open for subscription from October 25 to October 29. Afcons Infrastructure IPO price band was fixed at ₹440 to ₹463 per share.
Afcons Infrastructure Limited shares listed on the NSE and BSE on November 4. The stock listed at ₹426 on the NSE, at a discount of 8% against the issue price of ₹463. The stock listed on the BSE with a discount of 7% at ₹430. The stock closed at ₹491.05 apiece on the NSE up by 0.67% on November 22. At the last trading price, the stock has gained over 15% compared to its listing price of ₹426.
Sagility India IPO was worth ₹2,106.6 crore and consisted of an offer for sale of 70.22 crore shares. The mainboard issue was open for subscription from November 5 to November 7. Sagility India IPO price band was fixed at ₹28 to ₹30 per share.
Sagility India Limited shares were listed on the NSE and BSE on November 12. The stock listed at ₹31.06 on the NSE and BSE at a premium of 3.53% against the issue price of ₹30. The stock closed at ₹28.02 apiece on the NSE down by 0.85% on November 22. At the last trading price, the stock has slipped by over 9% compared to its listing price of ₹31.06.
Acme Solar Holdings IPO was worth ₹2,900 crore and consisted of a combination of a fresh issuance of 8.29 crore shares amounting to ₹2,395 crore along with an offer for sale of 1.75 crore shares aggregating to ₹505 crore. The mainboard issue was open for subscription from November 6 to November 8. Acme Solar Holdings IPO price band was fixed at ₹275 to ₹289 per share.
Acme Solar Holdings Limited shares listed on the NSE and BSE on November 13. The stock listed at ₹251 on the NSE at a discount of 13.14% against the issue price of ₹289 apiece. The stock listed at a discount of 10.38% at ₹259 apiece on the BSE. The stock closed at ₹245 apiece on the NSE up by 2.51% on November 22. The stock has slipped by over 2% so far compared to its listing price of ₹251.
Swiggy IPO was worth ₹ 11,327.43 crore and consisted of a fresh issue of 11.54 crore shares amounting to ₹4,499 crore and an offer for sale of 17.51 crore shares aggregating to ₹6,828.43 crore. The food delivery platform’s public issue was open for subscription from November 6 to November 8. Swiggy IPO price band was fixed at ₹371 to ₹390 per share.
Swiggy Limited shares made their debut on the NSE and BSE on November 13. The stock listed at ₹420 on the NSE at a premium of 7.6% against the issue price of ₹390 apiece. The stock listed at a premium of 5.6% at ₹412 apiece on the BSE. The stock closed at ₹415 apiece on the NSE down by 0.44% on November 22. At the last trading price, the stock has slipped by over 1% compared to its listing price of ₹420.
Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company raised ₹2,200 crore from its IPO. The public issue consisted of a fresh issuance of 10.81 crore shares amounting to ₹800 crore and an offer for sale of 18.92 crore shares aggregating to ₹1,400 crore. The mainboard issue was open for subscription from November 7 to November 11. Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company IPO price band was fixed at ₹70 to ₹74 per share.

Zinka Logistics Solution (BlackBuck) IPO was worth ₹1,114.72 crore and consisted of a fresh issuance of 2.01 crore shares amounting to ₹550 crore along with an offer for sale of 2.07 crore shares aggregating to ₹564.72 crore. The logistics solutions provider’s public was open for subscription from November 13 to November 18. Zinka Logistics Solution IPO price band was fixed at ₹259 to ₹273 per share.
Zinka Logistics Solution Limited shares were listed on the NSE and BSE on November 22. The stock listed at ₹280.9 on the NSE at a premium of 2.89% against the issue price of ₹273 apiece. The stock was listed at a premium of 2.21% at ₹279.05 apiece on the BSE. The stock closed at ₹260 apiece on the NSE down by 7.44% on November 22. At the last trading price, the stock has declined by over 6.82% compared to its listing price of ₹280.9.
Neelam Linens and Garments (India) IPO was worth ₹13 crore and consisted of a fresh issue of 54.18 lakh shares. The SME issue was open for subscription from November 8 to November 12. Neelam Linens and Garments (India) IPO price band was fixed at ₹20 to ₹24 per share.

The stock was listed at ₹40.05 on the NSE SME platform at a premium of 66.87% against the issue price of ₹24 apiece. The stock closed at ₹43.95 apiece on the NSE up by 4.89% on November 22. At the last trading price, the stock has gained over 9% compared to its listing price of ₹40.05 apiece.
Onyx Biotec IPO was worth ₹29.34 crore and consisted of a fresh issuance of 48.1 lakh shares. The SME issue was open for subscription from November 13 to November 18. Onyx Biotec IPO price band was fixed at ₹58 to ₹61 per share.

Mangal Compusolution IPO raised ₹16.23 crore through a fresh issue of 36.06 lakh shares. The BSE SME issue was open for subscription from November 12 to November 14. Mangal Compusolution IPO issue price was fixed at ₹45 per share.
Mangal Compusolution Limited shares were listed on the BSE SME platform on November 21. The stock was listed flat at ₹45 on the BSE SME platform. The stock closed at ₹40.62 apiece on the BSE down by 4.98% on November 22. At the last trading price, the stock has slipped by over 9% compared to its listing price of ₹45.
Shares of NTPC Green Energy are scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on November 27. Enviro Infra Engineers Limited shares will also debut on the NSE and BSE on November 29.
C2C Advanced Systems Limited and Lamosaic India Limited shares will make their debut on the NSE SME platform on November 29 as well.
