ACME Solar Holdings Limited IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised on Monday, November 11.
The mainboard issue closed with a subscription of 2.75 times on the last day of bidding on Friday, November 8.
Investors across categories placed bids for over 16 crore shares compared to the 5.82 crore shares on offer.
The mainboard issue opened for subscription on November 6.
After the closing of the subscription window, the investors are now waiting for the ACME Solar Holdings IPO share allotment status to be finalised.
The share allotment status of the mainboard issue can be checked on the official website of the issue registrar Kfin Technologies Limited. The IPO bidders can also check the share allocation details on the NSE and BSE websites.
Similarly, the investors can also check the IPO share allotment status on the BSE website using the PAN and IPO application number.
ACME Solar Holdings IPO was booked 3.1 times in the retail category. The retail individual investors applied for over 3.25 crore shares compared to 1.05 crore shares offered for subscription.
The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) placed bids for over 1.52 crore shares against more than 1.57 crore shares set aside for the category, leading to a subscription of 97%.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their quota 3.54 times. The QIBs applied for more than 11.15 crore shares against 3.15 crore shares reserved for them.
Employees of the company applied for over 6.4 lakh shares compared to 4.03 lakh shares set aside for them. The issue was booked 1.59 times in the category.
After the share allotment status of the IPO is finalised, refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders on Tuesday, November 12. Also, the successful bidders will receive shares of ACME Solar Holdings in their Demat accounts on the same day.

ACME Solar Holdings aims to raise ₹2,900 crore through a fresh issuance of 8.29 crore shares, amounting to ₹2,395 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1.75 crore shares, aggregating to ₹505 crore.
The IPO price band was set at ₹275 to ₹289 per share. Retail investors interested in applying for the issue can apply for a minimum of 1 lot or 51 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹14,739.
ACME Solar Holdings Limited, incorporated in June 2015, is engaged in the production of electricity from renewable energy sources. The company provides services such as development, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of large-scale renewable energy projects.
