National Securities Depository Limited is an India-based SEBI registered market infrastructure institution (MII) offering a range of products and services to the financial and securities markets in India. As a depository, the Company provides a depository framework that enables market participants to participate in the financial and securities markets in India. It works to support investors, brokers, issuers and other market participants in the Indian capital markets. Its depository services include maintaining allotment and transfer of ownership records, account opening and management, settlement of market and off-market transfers, dematerialization of securities, corporate actions, pledge, margin pledge, non-disposal undertakings (NDUs), consolidated account statement (CAS), providing a comprehensive suite of APIs and cash benefit services. Its products and e-services include SPEED-e, and Submission of Power of Attorney-based Instructions for Clients Electronically (SPICE).
