Kpi Green Energy Limited Quick Overview
K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Limited is an India-based solar power generating company. The Company is focused on providing solar power and power plants through different business verticals. The Company develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains solar power plants as an independent power producer (IPP) and captive power producers (CPP), both under the brand name Solarism. The Company's both businesses, IPP and CPP, are carried out at its plants located at Sudi, Samiyala, Tanchha and Bhimpura villages in Amod taluka of Bharuch district, Gujarat (Solarism Plant). The Company also provides operation and maintenance services (OMS) by entering into a separate OMS agreement with its CPP clients. The Company also sells land parcels to third parties for developing solar power plants. The Company's subsidiaries include KPIG Energia Private Limited and Sun Drops Energia Private Limited.
