Gretex Corporate Services Limited is an India-based merchant banking company. The Company is focused on providing a range of financial and capital market services. The Company operates in the small and medium enterprises (SME) segment of primary market issues. It offers lead management and syndication of small and medium-sized initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offers (FPOs), rights issues, composite issues, qualified institutional placement (QIPs), private investment in public equity (PIPE) deals, and other forms of fundraising. It also acts as a lead manager for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, delisting offers, buybacks, compliance health checks, and the issuance of due diligence certificates. It also provides valuation and advisory services for foreign investments, employee stock options plan (ESOP) certifications, fairness opinions of amalgamation schemes, mergers, and spin-off transactions. It has one subsidiary company, Sunview Nirman Private Limited.
