Awfis Space Solutions expands partnership with Pune’s Nyati group for additional three lakh square feet workspace

Awfis pointed out that the alliance is the largest under the managed aggregation (MA) model enhancing the firm’s current MA model portfolio. The deal will significantly expand Awfis’s presence in Pune, it said.

Awfis now has a total of half a million square feet of Grade-A flexible workspace with the Nyati Group, which is a real estate developer in Pune. Awfis said it will introduce premium flexible workspaces in Nyati Group's prime commercial properties of Nyati Empress in Viman Nagar and Nyati Enthral in Kharadi.

The collaboration will add over 1.67 lakh square feet built up of highly sought-after office in these two thriving business districts.

Amit Ramani, chairman and managing director, of Awfis Space Solutions said with the increasing demand for managed offices in Pune, driven by the city's expanding start-up ecosystem and the influx of multinational companies, the firm is poised to offer premium workspaces that are both adaptable and accessible.

Awfis said that both the commercial hubs are strategically located in Pune's prime retail and business districts, with easy access to Nagar Road.

Awfis recently launched two new centres at Mantri Commerce and Vista Pixel in Bengaluru. The centres offer 39,000 square feet and 27,846 square feet built-up areas respectively.

Meanwhile, during the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, the company reported a 37% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its operating revenue at ₹258 crore. Net profit came in at ₹3 crore compared to a loss of ₹8 crore in the same period a year ago. As of June 30, 2024, the company surpassed one lakh operational seats and 169 operational centres.

Shares of the company have gained over 82% since its listing in May 2024.
