Vdeal System IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of electrical control panel and automation panel manufacturer Vdeal System Limited opened for subscription on Tuesday, August 27. The public offer, which will conclude on August 29, is a fixed-price issue at ₹112 per share.
The ₹18.08 crore IPO is solely a fresh issue of 16,14,000 shares. There is no offer for sale (OFS) component.
The company has allocated 7,65,600 shares to non-institutional investors (NIIs) and 7,66,800 shares to retail investors.
The net proceeds from the issue will be used to fund the working capital requirement, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
Affinity Global Capital Market Pvt Ltd is the lead manager to the issue, while Cameo Corporate Services Ltd is the registrar.
Shares of Vdeal System will be listed on NSE SME platform Emerge.
Established in 2009, Vdeal System provides electrical control and automation solutions, offering an array of products and services customised to meet the diverse needs of various industries. The company specialises in smart variable frequency drive (VFD) panels, smart low voltage (LV) panels and smart medium voltage (MV) panels, among other innovative products.
