SUMMARY

The stock debuted at ₹52.85, a premium of 3.63% over the issue price of ₹51 per share.
As the minimum bid size for retail investors was 2,000 shares, allottees were sitting at a profit of ₹3,700 per lot.

The fresh issue funds will be used mainly for working capital needs and general corporate purposes. It was a fixed price issue at ₹51 per share.
The company's Aditya Todi, Amit Sultania, and Mridula Todi held a 66.67% stake, which was reduced to 47.66% post-issue.
The book-running lead manager of the initial share was Finshore Management Services Ltd, while Cameo Corporate Services Ltd was the registrar.
Spinaroo Commercial manufactures aluminium foil containers, paper cups, aluminium home foil, paper plates and paper bowls. It also deals in a wide range of paper cup-related machinery like flexo printing machine, high-speed paper cup making machine and automatic roll die cutting Machine.
The firm's two manufacturing facilities are located in Kolkata, and equipped with necessary tools, machinery and amenities. Its clients are spread across 12 states and two union territories.
The company reported a net profit of ₹61 lakh for the first six months of the financial year 2024-25, while the revenue from operations was ₹21.02 crore.
The profit after tax was ₹1.4 crore in FY24 as against ₹93 lakh in FY23. Its revenue from operations in the fiscal year 2024 was ₹41.21 crore as against ₹53.19 crore in the previous fiscal.
