Adani Enterprises on Thursday reported an 88% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal (Q3 FY25) to ₹228.64 crore. Its net profit stood at ₹1,972.75 crore in the year-ago period. Sequentially, the profit fell 88.5% from ₹1,989 crore.

The company's total income fell to ₹23,500 crore for the reporting quarter, down 8% from ₹25,540 crore posted in the year-ago period.
Its Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for Q3 FY25 stood at ₹3,071 crore, down 5% from ₹3,227 crore reported last year. Total expenses of the company fell down from ₹23,180.79 in Q3 FY24 to ₹22,924.98 in Q3 FY25.
On a standalone basis, Adani Enterprises' net profit fell to ₹534.59 crore for the reporting quarter, 25% down from ₹718.46 reported in the last fiscal. Its revenue from operations stood at ₹6,156.76 crore, decreasing 22.6% from ₹7,960.79 crore in Q3 FY24.
Adani Enterprises shares are trading in the red at ₹2,260.60 apiece on the NSE, down 2.5%. The company's market capitalisation stands at ₹2,58,859.65 crore.
The company's stock is currently more than 41% below its 52-week high of ₹3,743, which it hit in June 2024. However, it has gained over 8.5% from its 52-week low of ₹2,030 recorded in November last year.
