Tata Communication Q4 profit decline 

Tata Group company reported a 7% YoY growth in its consolidated revenue to ₹4,568 crore during the March quarter. Meanwhile, its net profit declined by over 11% YoY to ₹326 crore. The company said its core connectivity as well as digital platforms & services verticals witnessed healthy growth. The company's board has recommended a dividend of ₹21 per share.

 

⭐ NBCC secures new order 

The construction firm has bagged a new order worth ₹208 crore from PWD Puducherry. The project involves project management consultancy service to design roads and remodel sewage systems.

 

⭐ Bombay Burmah to sell its tea assets 

Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation (BBTC) has decided to sell three tea estates measuring 3,957 acres in Tanzania. The deal was agreed upon for total consideration of $1.2 million to Udongo Wetu, Dar es Salaam. Last month, the company sold its eight coffee estates in Tamil Nadu for ₹291 crore.
