⭐ M&M Finance disbursements jump
The finance company reported 42% YoY growth in loan disbursement to ₹5,600 crore in March 2023. Meanwhile, its overall loan disbursement in FY23 stood at ₹49,500 crore, a rise of 80% YoY.
⭐Indigo Paints makes acquisition
The paint maker has acquired a 51% stake in Apple Chemie India. As per Indigo Paints management, the acquisition will help the company expand its product portfolio. This new company manufactures and sales construction chemicals and waterproofing products.
⭐ NBCC secures new order
The construction firm has bagged a new order worth ₹488 crore in Mizoram. This new order comes from the Ministry of Home Affairs and involves the construction of border and road along the Indo Bangladesh Border.
