India Cements divests stake in subsidiary

India Cements has divested its entire stake in Springway Mining, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The company has entered into a share purchase agreement with JSW Cement for a total consideration of ₹476.8 crore.

 

Panacea Biotec gets new vaccine order

Panacea Biotec has received long-term vaccine supply orders worth ₹1,040 crore from UNICEF and Pan American Health Organisation (PAHO) for the supply of liquid Pentavalent vaccine. The company will supply over 99.7 million doses to UNICEF between 2023-2027 and 24.8 million doses to PAHO during calendar years 2023-2025. 

 

India’s office space demand rise
As per industry reports, the gross leasing volume (GLV) of office space rose by 23% year-on-year to 17.7 million sq. ft during the September quarter. Meanwhile, GLV for the first nine months stood at 55 million sq ft across key cities. The upward trend indicates healthy demand and high confidence amongst occupiers.
