Nifty50
The Nifty50 halted its three-day winning streak and witnessed profit-booking amidst weak global cues. Losses in IT and financials pulled the index lower, and it declined 1.2% to close at 17,560.

Bank Nifty
The Bank Nifty inched higher during the day but gave in to the selling pressure. As the overall breadth turned negative, only 2 out of 12 stocks of the Bank Nifty closed in green. It fell 320 points to 39,010.

As per the options data, the broad range for the Bank Nifty, is between 37,400 and 40,500 levels. Its immediate support is at 38,200 and resistance is at 39,900 levels.
