Dharmaj Crop Guard debuts today

Shares of agrochemical company Dharmaj Crop Guard is expected to list on the bourses on 8 December. The company’s IPO was subscribed over 35 times. The company has raised ₹251 crore through the IPO that was priced at ₹237 per share.

 

Lodha’s QIP issue 

Macrotech Developers, part of Lodha Group, has launched its qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue to raise ₹3500 crore. The company has set a floor price of ₹1,022.7 per share. QIP is a process by which listed companies raise capital without having to submit legal paperwork to market regulators.

 

India’s steel export declines

India’s finished steel exports declined by 55% year-on-year to 4.3 million tonnes between April to November in FY23. Demand slowdown due to global uncertainty as well as government decision to impose export duty on steel products impacted exports. However, the government had rolled back the hefty export duties in November.
