BHEL-Titagarh Wagons bags new order

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) and Titagarh Wagons jointly secured a new order from the Ministry of Railways to supply 80 Vande Bharat trains. As per the agreement, each train will cost ₹120 crore, amounting to a total order size of ₹9600 crore to be completed in 72 months. Also, BHEL is the lead member of the consortium.    

⭐ HDFC bank plans to raise funds  

The private lender plans to raise ₹50,000 crore in the ongoing fiscal year. The company’s board will discuss the fundraise proposal at its board meeting on 15 April. The proposed fundraise would be by issuing perpetual debt instruments and additional Tier-1 (AT-1) bonds.

⭐ Zydus Lifesciences gets USFDA nod

The pharma company has received USFDA approval to manufacture and market a new drug, Tavaborole Topical Solution. As per IQVIA, this solution has annual sales of over $3 million in the US market.
