About Vivid Electromech Limited
Vivid Electromech is a 30+ year old company that makes electrical panels and automation systems. It is ISO 9001:2015 certified and mainly works in manufacturing and system integration. The company produces a wide range of low-voltage (LV) panels, which include PCC, MCC, IMCC, APFC, VFD panels and PLC automation systems. Its medium-voltage (MV) products include panels ranging from 3.3 kV to 33 kV including VCB panels and ring main units.
The company also does some trading of electrical goods and provides services like installation and testing. It operates two manufacturing units in Maharashtra with a combined capacity of 7,500 units per year. The company derives its primary revenue from India, which accounts for approximately 99% of total income, while generating limited income through exports to the UAE, UK, Kenya, and Sri Lanka. The business currently experiences its highest growth from data centres and technology innovation. The company used to operate its business in infrastructure and real estate projects, but now these sectors make up only a small portion of its operations.
The main revenue source of the company comes from LV panels, which account for 81.02% of total income in H1FY26, while MV panels generate 13.67% of income during the same period. The combined revenue of trading and services activities brings in less than 6% of the total income.
