Systematic Industries IPO

Systematic Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying various steel wires and cables, catering to the needs of power transmission, infrastructure, telecommunications, agro-based and allied industries. In FY25, the company had an installed capacity and utilisation of 1,00,000 MT and 71.42% for producing various steel wires such as galvanised wire, wires for power industries, high and low carbon steel wires, etc. The company sales its products in 25 states & union territories in India, and also exports to more than 30 countries such as Sri Lanka, Japan, Bhutan, Canada, and Brazil. The Power and Transmission industry led FY25 revenue contribution with 68.47%, followed by Infrastructures contributing 24.34%. Domestic sales constituted 92.85% of revenue, led by Gujarat (25.83%) and Maharashtra (25.19%). Export sales formed 7.15% of the FY25 revenue.
