About Suba Hotels Limited

Suba Hotels Limited is one of India’s largest domestic hotel chains in the mid-market sector with 88 operational hotels as of July 2025, comprising 4,096 keys across 50 cities. Around 81% of the company’s hotels are located in emerging tier 2 and 3 cities. The company mainly operate in the mid-market hotel sector, consisting of upscale, upper-midscale, midscale, and economy brands, domestic as well as international. The company added 339 rooms in FY25, comprising 239 revenue share and lease model, 25 owned rooms and 75 franchisee rooms. Revenue from the B2B segment contributed 44% in FY25, while the B2C segment accounted for 56%. In FY25, the company earned 22.08% revenue from owned hotels, 2.41% from managed hotels, 45.63% from revenue share and lease model and 9.97% from franchise model. Gujarat contributed 27.42% to revenue, followed by Dubai contributing 12.63% and Karnataka contributing 12.10% in FY25
