The company offers a wide range of solutions, including transportation and distribution, warehousing, in-factory logistics and other value-added services. In domestic transportation, it offers short, medium and long-haul transportation as well as in-city distribution services. It also offers international freight forwarding services and multi-user warehousing services such as bonded and regular warehousing solutions.

Robust operational capabilities

The company's in-house logistics capabilities are robust, encompassing a wide range of specialised equipment to support efficient operations. This includes cranes, forklifts, trailers, payloaders, tippers, and vessels. It has a dedicated team of 134 equipment operators who are responsible for maintaining and ensuring the operational readiness of the fleet and equipment.

Diverse industry verticals

The company has a large client base of over 1,600 clients spanning various industry verticals. In FY25, minerals, mining and steel contributed 26.49% of the revenue, followed by EPC and infrastructure contributing 9.29%. Other Industries, including the aviation Industry, home appliances, furniture & fixtures and more, contributed a total of 33.56%.

Long-standing customer relationships

The company has high contract renewal rates and derived 75.34%, 78.30% and 84.59% in FY25, FY24 and FY23, respectively. As of March 31, 2025, the company had relationships of over five years with 5 of its top 10 customers.

Incorporated in June 1995, Om Freight Forwarders Limited is an integrated third-party logistics service provider with more than four decades of operating experience. The company offers services like international freight forwarding, customs clearance (CHA), vessel agency services, transportation service, warehousing and distribution.
The company has 28 pan-India branches today and covers more than 800+ international destinations through strategic alliances, offering intuitive multimodal logistic solutions by sea, air, land, and rail. Freight Forwarding continues to be the highest revenue generating business for the company at 52.12% in FY25, followed by customs clearance (17.34%) and vessel agency services (14.43%), indicating a well-diversified service mix across major logistics verticals.
The company has developed strong competence in the management of special cargo like over-dimensional consignments (ODC), heavy-lift cargo, breakbulk, sensitive cargo in need of climate-controlled handling, and bulk commodities.
Between FY23 and FY25, the company processed a total cargo volume of 66.86 million metric tons (MMT), 66.78 MMT and 21.06 MMT, respectively. Meanwhile, annual twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) handled improved from 81,473 units in FY23 to 109,914 units processed in FY25. It maintains a hybrid asset approach, blending a fleet of 135 owned commercial vehicles and equipment (trailers, cranes, forklifts, payloaders, tippers, vessels) with capacity from 22 logistics partners.
The company has established long-standing relationships with a diverse set of customers. The company served 1,715, 1,662 and 1,664 customers in the last three fiscal years. It has a client base in industries such as minerals, mining & steel, coal, oil & gas, energy & power, FMCG, EPC & infrastructure, tyres, and automotive. Over 75% of revenues in the last three years have come from existing clients. As of March 31, 2025, it had relationships of over five years with 5 of its top 10 customers.
