Nanta Tech is engaged in the business of Audio Visual (AV) integration, supply and distribution of AV products, service robots and software development related services, and is a one-stop solution provider for AV solutions, including design, integration, management, and support. Its service offerings support digital communication and collaboration needs in a variety of industries, including corporate, education, hospitality, manufacturing, and others. The business also provides technology-driven services and product supply, such as software development, service robot deployment, and AV product distribution. Segmental revenue was led by AV integration at 50.13%, service robots at 22.72%, software development related Services at 20.63% and sales and distribution of AV products at 6.53%, as of September 2025.

The company served a total of 56 clients, out of which 27 clients were repeat customers, as of September 2025. Sector-wise, corporate solutions constituted 85.19% of revenue, whereas the manufacturing industry contributed 14.81%. A large share of the business comes through system integrators and contractors on a subcontracting model, making B2B transactions the primary driver of the company's revenue, which contributed 60.24% in FY25.
