MARC Technocrats is engaged in infrastructure consultancy services, providing Supervision and Quality Control (SQC), preparation of detailed project reports (DPRs), third-party techno-financial audit, and pre-bid advisory services. Its consultancy expertise spans key infrastructure segments including roads and highways, railways, buildings, and water resources. Through its pre-bid advisory offerings, the company supports clients in competitive bidding by evaluating technical, financial, and contractual aspects of projects. It primarily operates on a Business-to-Government (B2G) model, with the majority of its revenues derived from assignments for central and state government authorities such as MoRTH, NHAI, NHIDCL, PWDs, and Indian Railways. As of September 30 2025, the total orderbook of the company stood at ₹255.46 crore.

Segment-wise, supervision and quality control contributed 68.11%, detailed project report 23.80%, pre-bidding advisory 6.24% and third-party techno-financial auditor 1.85% as of September 30, 2025. Government contracts accounted for 89.61% of revenue, while non-government contracts accounted for 10.39%. Regional revenue was led by Haryana, contributing 25.54%, followed by Uttar Pradesh at 13.27%.
