Incorporated in 2014, Acetech Ventures is engaged in the online sale and distribution of a wide range of consumer products through marketplaces, drop-shipping and its own websites . The company operates an asset-light, non-manufacturing model, focusing on product identification, sourcing, branding and digital marketing with categories including home improvement products, kitchenware, personal care, electronics accessories, lifestyle goods and wellness products. It sells through multiple channels such as aggregator platforms (like Amazon/Flipkart-type), drop-shippers and self-distribution via its own websites, supported by warehousing and logistics partners .
For FY25, B2B business contributed 52.90%, followed by Tele-shopping at 26.43%, D2C at 9.59%, Dropshipping at 7.17% and the balance by Market Place. Geographically, the revenue is mostly domestic at 96% with Maharashtra accounting for 63.83%, Tamil Nadu at 4.35% and other states, while exports are a small component at 4% with the US contributing 3.25% and Canada at 0.42% in FY25. The company caters to customers through a combination of 34 B2B and 10 B2C platforms in FY25. As of FY25, the company procures its products mostly from domestic sources (96.06%) from Maharashtra accounting for 68.25% and Delhi at 20.81%. International procurement is a small component of 3.91% from the USA.
