About Pentagon Rubber IPO:

Incorporated in 2004, Pentagon Rubber manufacturers Rubber Conveyor Belt, Transmission Belts, Rubber Sheets and Elevator Belts. The company has a manufacturing unit in Punjab with a total production capacity of over 300 sq km of conveyor rubber belt per year.

Pentagon Rubber is now coming out with its initial public offer (IPO). The IPO will be a fresh issue. The money raised through the fresh issue will be utilised to meet the working capital requirement and for general corporate purposes.
