About Magenta Lifecare LimitedIncorporated in 2015, Magenta Lifecare Limited is a manufacturer of foam-based products such as mattresses and pillows which is marketed under the brand “Magenta” in India. The product offerings include a wide range of mattresses such as memory foam, latex based, bonded mattresses, pocketed spring etc. and pillows such as memory foam pillow, moulded memory foam pillow, moulded contour foam pillow etc. They believe that their success is attributable to the quality of products that they offer to their customers, spread across retail, hotels and institutions. Driven by innovation, they strive to introduce new and innovative products on a continuous basis with the help of their team. For instance, they have introduced green tea and bamboo charcoal based herbal mattress and pet bed mattresses in their range of products. Further, they also supply processed raw foam and adjustable bed frame (hydraulic bed) which we import under our brand Magenta. The company believes that their product offering is across the section of the society from value-added product to premium segment. Their thoughtfully-designed products provide comfort, with ergonomic design, thermal comfort, pressure relief, motion isolation, easy position realignment, and long-term durability. The products are designed to support, comfort, and cool the body, leading to better-quality sleep. They offer mattresses with diverse customization options in terms of fabric, shape, firmness, material, height, foam type & density, personalization, utility and structure. They have developed distributor and dealer/retailer networks across multiple states in India. The products are sold from their offline channel of multi brand outlets and through a network of dealers and e-commerce platforms. The company is capable of manufacturing both standardised as well as customised products. The manufacturing facility is located at Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The company’s current capacity for manufacturing mattresses is at 60,000 Nos. and 70,000 nos. of pillows. They benefit from the industry experience and business acumen of their individual Promoters, and are driven by their expertise. Their professional and experienced management team has been critical in building the brands, growing their operations and maintaining capital efficiency despite they emphasis on affordable product offerings. Under their leadership the company have been able to expand its operations and have established a significant presence in India. As on date of Prospectus , our overall staff strength is 41 employees including skilled and unskilled labour.
