Incorporated in 2018, Kontor Space Limited provides “space-as-a-service” by renting and managing commercial spaces.

The Company acquires or leases commercial properties and then sub-rent or sub-lease them to individual or multiple clients based on their workspace needs. They also customize and furnish these spaces according to the clients' requirements, offering services on a per-seat basis. They invest in fit-outs to tailor the properties to our business model, which includes renovating and modernising them to meet various business needs. 

Now, Kontor Space Limited is coming out with its initial public offer (IPO).The Company proposes to utilize the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards funding the following objects:
a. To make the payment of Rental Deposits of new co-working centers
b. To carry out the Capital Expenditure for fit outs of new co-working centers
c. General Corporate Purpose
