C P S Shapers Limited manufactures shapewear for men and women like v-shaper, saree shapewear, active pants, shapeX Denim, etc. Company sells its product under the brand name “Dermawear”. It distributes products through e-retail and offline models. The company is focused on consistently expanding its product portfolio by developing new designs.

The company has a PAN India presence with its distributor network in 28 states and 8 Union territories. They have also started an export division and are supplying products to 5 countries, namely Canada, Germany, Australia, United Kingdom, United States of America. Company has its manufacturing facility in Uttar Pradesh.

Now, C P S Shapers Limited is coming out with its initial public offer (IPO). The IPO will be a fresh issue. The money raised through the fresh issue will be utilised to purchase the plant, machinery and commercial vehicle, to fund purchase of solar power system, upgradation of existing IT Software, repayment of certain borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
