Revision in Expiry Day of BANKNIFTY weekly F&O contracts
NSE has announced a revision in the expiry day of weekly F&O contracts on BANKNIFTY from Thursday to Wednesday.
The changes will come into effect from 4th September 2023. The expiry day for BANKNIFTY monthly F&O contracts will continue to be on Thursday.
For Example:
The expiry date of the existing contract maturing on 7th September 2023 (Thursday) will be preponed to 6th September 2023 (Wednesday).
