⭐ TV18 Broadcast Q4: Profits tumbles 75%
TV18 broadcast reported a 6% YoY fall in its consolidated revenue to ₹1,406 crore during the March quarter. Meanwhile, its net profit declined by over 75% YoY to ₹35 crore. During the quarter, the company completed the integration of JioCinema with itself.
⭐ Hathway Cable reports muted numbers
Cable TV and internet service provider reported a consolidated net loss of ₹14.6 crore during the March quarter. During the same period, its revenue from operations rose by 2.4% YoY to ₹459 crore.
⭐ Vedanta Group signs new pacts
Vedanta Group has signed an agreement with as many as 20 Korean companies from the display glass industry to develop an electronics manufacturing hub in India. These agreements were signed on the sideline of the Korea Biz-Trade Show 2023. Last year, Vedanta and Foxconn signed a deal with the Gujarat government to set up the semiconductor and display manufacturing plant.
