⭐ Timeline extension by Adani Power
Adani Power has extended the timeline for the deal completion to acquire thermal power assets of DB Power. It has been extended till 15 January 2023. In August 2022, Adani Power agreed to acquire DB Power, which has a thermal power plant in Chhattisgarh.
⭐ RITES signs MoU with KIIFCON
State-owned entity RITES has signed a MoU with KIIFCON, a consultancy organisation under the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). It’s been done to jointly work on consultancy for transport and infrastructure projects.
