Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Policy:
At UpLearn, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our users. As a general rule, subscription fees, webinar fees, and course fees are non transferable, non-refundable and non-cancellable once the payment has been successfully processed.

Exceptions:
While we maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy, we understand that certain exceptional circumstances may warrant a review. Requests for cancellation or refund will be considered solely at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. Examples of such circumstances may include:
  • By accessing or using UpLearn, users agree to always comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions at all times.
  • Instances where services or content purchased were not delivered.
Process for Requesting Refunds or Cancellations:
  • Users must submit a detailed request to uplearn@rksv.in, including evidence or documentation supporting their claim.
  • Our team will evaluate the request and communicate the decision within a reasonable timeframe.
Important Notes:
  • Approved refunds, subject to the fulfillment of the above conditions, will be processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds or cancellations will not be entertained for reasons such as a change of mind or failure to utilize purchased services within the access period.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior approval unless specified otherwise it will be treated as deemed acceptance.
