Upcoming IPOs this week

• Dhanlaxmi Crop Science (December 9): The ₹23.80 crore NSE SME IPO is completely a fresh issue of equity shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹52 to ₹55 per share.
• Toss The Coin IPO (December 10): The ₹9.17 crore BSE SME issue, with a price range of ₹172-₹182 apiece, is solely a fresh issue of 5.04 lakh shares.
• Jungle Camps India IPO (December 10): With a price band of ₹68 to ₹72 per share, the initial share sale is a fresh issue of 40.86 lakh shares.
• One Mobikwik Systems IPO (December 11): The ₹572 crore public offer of MobiKwik is solely a fresh issue of 2.05 crore shares. The company's shares will be listed on the NSE and the BSE on December 18. The price range has been fixed at ₹265 to ₹279 apiece.
• Supreme facility Management IPO (December 11): The ₹50 crore issue, which is completely a fresh issuance of 65.79 lakh shares, has set a price band of ₹72 to ₹76 per share.
• Sai Life Sciences IPO (December 11): The mainboard IPO is looking to raise ₹3042.62 crore via a combination of fresh issue as well as offer for sale.
• Vishal Mega Mart IPO (December 11): The mega ₹8,000 crore IPO is completely an offer-for-sale of 102.56 crore shares.
• Purple United Sales IPO (December 11): The NSE SME offer looks to raise 32.81 crore by issuing 26.04 lakh new equity shares.
• Yash Highvoltage IPO (December 12): It is a book-built issue of 75.35 lakh shares.
• Inventurus Knowledge Solutions IPO (December 12): The mainboard issue is an OFS of 1.88 crore shares worth ₹2,497.92 crore.
• International Gemmological Institute (December 13): The ₹4,225 crore mainboard IPO, with a price range of ₹397 to ₹417 apiece, consists of a fresh issue worth ₹1,475 crore and an OFS of ₹2,750 crore.

Upcoming IPOs in FY25

• LG Electronics India IPO: LG Electronics India Ltd, a unit of the South Korean consumer appliances giant LG, filed draft IPO papers with markets regulator SEBI on Friday. The proposed issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 10.18 crore shares by promoter LG Electronics Inc.
• Avanse Financial Services IPO: The proposed initial share sale is a fresh issue of shares of up to ₹1,000 crore and OFS of ₹2,500 crore.
• Canara HSBC Life and Canara Robeco AMC: The state-run bank has received a nod from the banking regulator, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), to divest in subsidiaries in Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company and Canara Robeco Asset Management Company via IPOs.
• Star Agri IPO: Temasek-backed Star Agriswarehousing and Collateral Management has filed preliminary IPO papers with SEBI to raise funds via public offer. The issue will include new shares worth ₹450 crore and an OFS of 2.69 crore shares.
