The primary market is expected to take a breather next week after a hectic IPO activity so far in December, as only three public offers are opening for subscription. The mainboard issue of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd, the SME IPOs of Anya Polytech and Fertilisers Ltd, and Solar91 Cleantech Ltd will open between December 23 and December 26.
In addition to the launch of the initial public offerings (IPOs), investors will also monitor the listing for five mainboard issues next week.
As many as eight mainboard IPOs and three SME public offers opened for subscription this week. Six out of the 8 mainboard issues got oversubscribed on day 1 and day 2, respectively, with Mamata Machinery IPO leading with 37.7 times subscription.
Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd is launching its public offer on Monday, December 23, to raise around ₹500 crore from public investors. The issue will remain open for subscription till Thursday, December 26.
Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing is an engineering solutions provider that specialises in the manufacturing and supply of critical parts used in aerospace, defence, energy, and semiconductor industries.
As of September 30, 2024, the company had an order book worth ₹80.75 crore, with a delivery timeline ranging between 4 to 16 weeks. Unimech Aerospace delivered over 2,999 SKUs in the tooling and precision complex sub-assemblies category and 760 SKUs in the precision machined parts category between FY22 and September 30, 2024.
The company operates through two manufacturing facilities located in Bangalore, with a capacity utilisation of 94.68%. Between FY22 and FY24, the company's revenue from operations rose at a CAGR of 139.66%, while net profit rose 314.1% during the same period.
The mainboard issue comprises a fresh issuance of 32 lakh shares, worth up to ₹250 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 32 lakh shares, worth up to ₹250 crore.
Anand Rathi Securities and Equirus Capital are the IPO's book-running lead managers. Kfin Technologies Ltd is the issue's registrar.
The SME IPOs of Anya Polytech and Fertilizers Ltd and Solar91 Cleantech Ltd, will open next week. Both companies aim to raise a combined ₹150.8 crore through the IPOs.
Anya Polytech & Fertilizers, which manufactures soil nutrients and bags and also offers environmental solutions, plans to raise ₹44.80 crore through its book-built issue. The issue will open on December 26 and close on December 30 on the NSE SME platform.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 320 lakh shares, priced at ₹13 to ₹14 per share. The minimum lot size is 10,000, aggregating to an investment of at least ₹1,40,000.
Solar91 Cleantech Ltd, an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services provider for solar energy solutions, will launch its IPO on December 24 on the BSE SME platform to raise around ₹106 crore. The IPO comprises only a fresh issue of 54.36 lakh shares, and it closes on December 27.
Solar91 Cleantech has set the price band at ₹185 to ₹195 per piece for the IPO. For retail investors, the minimum lot size is 600 shares, amounting to an investment of ₹1,17,000.
In addition to these, two more mainboard public offerings of Indo Farm Equipment Ltd and Avanse Financial Services are also expected to open for subscription soon. The companies are yet to announce the price band and launch dates of their IPOs.
SME IPO Rosmerta Digital Services Limited is also expected to announce its launch date soon.
As many as five mainboard IPO listings are also scheduled for December 27. Transrail Lighting, Sanathan Textiles, DAM Capital Advisors, Concord Enviro Systems, and Mamata Machinery will make their market debuts on the NSE and BSE.
NACDAC Infrastructure Ltd will make its market debut on December 24 after the successful subscription of its SME IPO. The BSE SME issue was open for bidding from December 17 to December 19.
Identical Brains Studios' IPO listing is scheduled for December 26. Shares of the VFX services provider will be listed on the NSE SME platform Emerge. The IPO was open for bidding from December 18 to December 20.
Apart from these two SME issues, the Newmalayalam Steel IPO listing is scheduled for December 27. The company's shares will be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.
