Saj Hotels IPO: Steps to check allotment status online on NSE and registrar website
The allotment of shares in Saj Hotels Ltd initial public offering (IPO) is set to be finalised on Thursday, October 3. The NSE SME IPO, open for subscription between September 27 and October 1, was booked 5.44 times.
The company received bids for more than 2.19 crore shares against 40.36 lakh shares offered.
The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) booked their quota 2.07 times in the Saj Hotels IPO. The retail portion of the issue was subscribed 8.65 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) placed bids for 3.08 lakh shares.
Investors who participated in Saj Hotels IPO subscription can check the share allotment status online on the websites of the issue’s registrar, Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited, and the NSE portal.
After finalising the share allotment status of Saj Hotels IPO, the company will initiate refunds for non-allottees on Friday, October 4. Shares will be credited to the demat accounts of successful bidders on the same day.
Saj Hotels shares are set to debut on the NSE SME platform, tentatively on Monday, October 7.
Saj Hotels plans to use the money raised via the IPO to expand its existing resort properties and meet its working capital requirements. A portion of the money will also be used for general corporate purposes.
Saj Hotels IPO was a fixed-price issue worth ₹27.63 crore. It consisted of an entirely fresh issue of 42.5 lakh shares, offered at ₹65 apiece. Retail investors could have submitted their bids in the IPO with a minimum lot size of 2,000 shares, totalling an investment of ₹1,30,000.
Saj Hotels Limited was incorporated in February 1981. The company operates in the hospitality industry, offering a wide range of services, such as traditional resort accommodations and villa rentals. As of May 2024, it employed 144 people across various departments.
