Sahaj Solar IPO booked 507 times on final day of bidding: Check subscription, allotment status and listing date
Sahaj Solar IPO subscription closed on Monday, July 15, with strong demand from investors across categories. On the third and final day of bidding, the public issue was booked 507 times.
The renewable energy solutions provider's initial public offer received bids for more than 98.81 crore shares against 19.49 lakh shares on offer, leading to an overall subscription of 506.84 times.
The ₹52.56-crore public issue was open subscription from July 11 to July 16.
The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) placed bids for over 35.6 crore shares compared to 4.12 lakh shares reserved for the category. NIIs booked their portion 862.44 times.
The Sahaj Solar IPO was subscribed 534.26 times in the retail category as the investors placed bids for more than 51.41 crore shares against the 9.62 lakh shares set aside for the category.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) applied for more than 11.79 crore shares of Sahaj Solar compared to the 5.5 lakh shares reserved for the category. The NSE SME issue was subscribed 214.26 times in the QIB segment.
Sahaj Solar IPO price band was fixed at ₹171 to ₹180 per share. The ₹52.56-crore IPO consisted of an entirely fresh issue of 29.2 lakh shares.
The minimum lot size for retail investors was 800 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹1,44,000.
The subscription window for the Sahaj Solar IPO was open from July 11 to July 15. The share allotment status is expected to be finalised on July 16. Refunds for unsuccessful bidders will be initiated on July 18, and the allottees will receive shares in their Demat accounts the same day.
