Mangal Compusolution IPO Day 3: BSE SME issue booked nearly 35 times on high retail demand
Mangal Compusolution Limited IPO closed with a strong subscription on Thursday, November 14, as the public offer was booked nearly 35 times.
The BSE SME issue received bids for more than 11.85 crore shares against 34.2 lakh shares on offer on the last day, leading to an overall subscription of 34.64 times.
Mangal Compusolution IPO was subscribed 46.9 times in the retail category with bids for over 8.02 crore shares against 17.1 lakh shares set aside for the segment. The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed their quota 22.39 times. The NIIs placed bids for over 3.82 crore shares compared to 17.1 lakh shares reserved for them.
Mangal Compusolution IPO was worth ₹16.23 crore. The fixed price issue consisted of an entirely fresh issue of 36.06 lakh shares.
Mangal Compusolution IPO price band was fixed at ₹45 per share. The minimum lot size for the retail category was fixed at 3000 shares, which aggregated to an investment of ₹1,35,000.
Mangal Compusolution IPO was open for subscription from November 12 to November 14.
The IPO share allotment status is likely to be finalised by Monday, November 18.
Once the allotment of shares is completed, refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders on Tuesday, November 19, and successful bidders will receive shares of Mangal Compusolution in their Demat accounts on the same day.
Shares of Mangal Compusolution will list on the BSE SME platform on Wednesday, November 20.
Jawa Capital Services Private Limited is the book-running lead manager for the BSE SME issue, and Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar. Mangal Compusolution IPO’s market maker is Rikhav Securities.
The company plans to use the IPO proceeds for funding its capital expenditures and general corporate purposes.
Mangal Compusolution Limited was incorporated in April 2011. The company provides hardware rental solutions to various industries. The company provides IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, servers, and other such equipment. The company employed 24 workers on a full-time basis as of September 30, 2024.
