Mangal Compusolution IPO share allotment status is expected to be finalised on Monday, November 18.
The investors are waiting for the company to finalise the IPO share allotment status after the BSE SME issue closed with a strong subscription on Thursday, November 14.
The initial public offering of Mangal Compusolution Limited was booked 34.64 times, across all investor categories, on the last day of bidding. The IPO received bids for more than 11.85 crore shares compared to 34.2 lakh shares on offer.
The retail quota was booked 46.9 times and the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) portion was booked 22.39 times.
Subsequent to the finalisation of the share allotment status on November 18, refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bidders and successful bidders will receive shares of the company in their demat accounts on Tuesday, November 19.
Shares of the company will list on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date for the SME issue is November 20.
