Beacon Trusteeship IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Friday, May 31. The issue saw impressive demand from investors on the final day of bidding.

The bidding window of the NSE SME IPO was open from May 28 to May 30.

The ₹32.52-crore book-built issue consisted of a fresh issue of 38.72 lakh shares amounting to ₹23.23 crore and an offer for sale of 15.48 lakh shares amounting to ₹9.29 crore.

Bidders are now eagerly waiting for the allotment of shares to be finalised. Bidders can check the allotment of shares either via the NSE website or the website of the registrar KFintech

Beacon Trusteeship IPO closed with a massive demand on May 30 as the issue was booked 465 times on the last day of bidding. Investors bid for 167.7 crore shares compared to the 36.06 lakh shares offered for subscription.

Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) led the demand for Beacon Trusteeship IPO as the category was booked 779.71 times. The issue was subscribed 502.1 times in the retail category and the Qualified Institutional Buyers’ (QIBs) segment was booked nearly 164 times.

The price band for Beacon Trusteeship IPO price band was fixed at ₹57 to ₹60 per share and the minimum lot size for application for retail investors was fixed at 1,000 shares.

Beacon Trusteeship Limited was established in 2015 and is a provider of debenture trustee services such as Security Trustee Services, Trustee to Alternate Investment Fund (AIF), Trustee to ESOP, Securitization Trustee and other such related services.
