Gold prices slipped by ₹10 per gram in major Indian cities in early trade on Monday, November 25, amid a softer dollar and geopolitical worries. Gold had jumped ₹820 per 10 grams to trade near ₹80,000 per 10 grams level on Saturday after its prices firmed up in global markets on the safe-haven demand.

However, losses in the precious in early Asian trade capped gold’s gains even as the US dollar softened against leading world currencies.

Spot gold was trading lower by 1.49% at $2,672 an ounce in early Asian trade. In overnight trade, the metal moved between $2,659 an ounce and $2,721 an ounce.

In Delhi markets, 24K gold prices slipped by ₹10 to ₹79,780 per 10 grams and 22K gold by ₹10 to ₹73,140 per 10 grams.

Silver Price Today in India (November 22, 2024)

Silver prices slipped by ₹100 to ₹91,900 per kg in major Indian cities on Monday following its losses in global markets. Silver dropped more than 1% in global markets in weak industrial demand.

The spot silver declined by 1.44% to $30.85 an ounce in global markets. The metal hit a high of $31.47 an ounce and a low of $30.70 an ounce in overnight trade.
