Gold prices continued to remain above ₹84,000 per 10 grams in early trade on Tuesday, February 4, following a correction in the US dollar and the metal regaining $2,800 an ounce level in global markets.

The US currency eased by 0.3% to trade below 109 in early Asian deals as US President Donald Trump announced to delay the 25% tariff on Canada and Mexico by a month. Losses in the US dollar ignited buying in the precious metal, helping domestic prices hover above ₹84,000 per 10 grams.
