"We're delighted with the interest our customers in India have already shown in the new Kia Syros SUV," said Ho Sung Song. "This is a positive sign ahead of the Syros's market introduction in India and a testament to Kia's customer-centric focus."
Positioned between the Sonet and Seltos, the base variant of Kia Syros is expected to be priced at ₹9 lakh (ex-showroom).
The six broad variants are HTK, HTK (O), HTK Plus, HTX, HTX Plus, and HTX Plus (O).

Kia India is set to commence Syros sales on February 1, with deliveries to follow shortly. Positioned as a family-focused SUV, the Syros aims to cater to the growing demand for premium, feature-rich vehicles in the Indian market.
The company plans to expand Syros's reach to other regions, including Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Kia India, which began its operations in 2019, has rapidly established itself as a key player in the Indian automotive market. The Anantapur facility has an annual production capacity of 300,000 units and has already dispatched 1.6 million vehicles, including over 1.2 million for domestic sales.
