About the Saroja Pharma Industries IPO

Incorporated in 2019, Saroja Pharma Industries supplies specialty chemicals and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) used for pharmaceutical products, human and veterinary medicine.

Company accepts product demand from its clients, manufactures it through suppliers and dispatches finished products across India and abroad. Company’s clientele base has increased in the past two years. Hence, the company plans to foray into manufacturing of API Pharma products.

Saroja Pharma has a presence in various countries, including Pakistan, UK, Jordan, Singapore, Belarus, Uruguay, Australia, Germany, Egypt and others through registered and/or under registration products. The company aims to provide a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical solutions that cater to the diverse needs of its expanding customer base.

Now, Saroja Pharma Industries is coming out with its initial public offer (IPO). The IPO will be a fresh issue. The money raised through the fresh issue will be utilised to set-up a manufacturing unit, to repay its unsecured loans & for public issue expenses.
