About Kundan Edifice Limited IPO:Incorporated in 2010, Kundan Edifice Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing, assembly, and sale of light emitting diode ("LED") strip lights. The company focuses on unconventional form of lighting products i.e. LED strip lights that have varied application across industries such as real estate, railways, automobiles, decorative lighting, etc. The company also provides custom products. Its product list includes HV Flex High voltage flex, LV Flex Low voltage flex, RGB LV Flex (Smart Lights), and Accessories Kit. Their R&D department focuses on product designing, tools and mould designing, electronic circuit designing and prototype designing. The company has two manufacturing and assembly facilities in the state of Maharashtra with one located in Vasai and other in Bhiwandi. Now , Kundan Edifice Limited is coming out with its initial public offer (IPO). The IPO will be a fresh issue.
