Operational Excellence

Initially leasing a property in Panvel with an installed capacity of 360 MTPA to expand into brass wire production, the company faced operational challenges managing multiple sites. Consequently, the firm vacated the Panvel property in April 2024 and moved to a new, more cost-effective location adjacent to its original unit in Palghar. This relocation not only reduced rental expenses but also allowed for more streamlined operations and continued growth in the company’s product lines.
