Incorporated in 2005, Dhanlaxmi Crop Science is a technology-driven seed company with over 18 years of experience in the Indian seed industry. It specialises in field crops and vegetable seeds, including cotton, wheat, maize, okra, and more. As of September 30, 2024, the company produces seeds for 24 different field crops and vegetables and operates in five states. The cotton seeds contribute significantly to revenue (64.73% of operations). During the same period, the company produced 725 MT of raw seeds, including hybrids and open-pollinated varieties. It operates a processing facility in Gujarat with a 7.3 MT/hour capacity and storage for 5,000 MT of seeds.
