ABB India: Electrification and automation major ABB India on Monday posted an over 54% year-on-year rise in its net profit at ₹532 crore in the December quarter, mainly on the back of higher revenues.

The company had a net profit of ₹345 crore in the quarter ended December 2023, a company statement said.

Revenues increased to ₹3,365 crore in the reporting quarter from ₹2,757 crore in the same period a year ago.

Paytm: In partnership with SBI Mutual Fund, India’s largest asset management company, Paytm has launched the JanNivesh ₹250 SIP. This initiative, launched today by SEBI Chairperson Smt. Anant Raj: In its filing to stock exchanges, the company said that CSC Data Services India Limited ("CDSIL") and Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd. (ARC"), a 100% subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, have signed and executed an agreement to jointly offer and promote the following products to the different government departments and private organisations.

a. Rack Rental Business (Co-location Data Center);

b. Cloud Services

Vedanta: Vedanta's creditors are slated to meet Tuesday to give their final verdict on a plan to split the Indian mining conglomerate into at least five different businesses.

The plan needs approval from a majority representing three-fourths in debt value of the creditors present at the meeting to be implemented.

Bharti Airtel: According to news reports, Indian Continent Investment Ltd., a promoter entity of Bharti Airtel Ltd., is planning to sell 4.82 crore shares, or an 0.8% equity stake in the telecom company, through a block deal today.

The floor price for the transaction has been set at ₹1,659 per share, representing a 1% discount to the current market price. The deal is valued at approximately ₹7,800 crore and is expected to take place in the block window, they told NDTV Profit on the condition of anonymity.

Jefferies is acting as the merchant banker for the transaction.

Zomato: Zomato on Monday announced the launch of Nugget, an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven, no-code customer support platform designed to enhance customer service efficiency.

Developed over three years as an internal tool, Nugget currently handles over 15 million support interactions per month across Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure, the company said in a regulatory filing. Zomato has now opened the platform to businesses worldwide, it added.

Allcargo Terminals: Allcargo Terminals’ CFS volumes in January 2025 were 53.8 ‘000 TEUs—strong growth in volume powered by exports. Volumes are up by 4% compared to December 2024 and up by 11% vs. January 2024.

CFS stands for container freight station.

A TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) is a measure of volume in units of twenty-foot-long containers.

GMR Airports: GMR Airports reported an 11% year-on-year (YoY) increase in passenger traffic for January 2025, reaching 1.06 crore, though it slipped 2% on a month-on-month (MoM) basis.
LIC: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the launch of its new product, which will be available for sale from February 18, 2025.

The product's name is LIC’s Smart Pension.

SBI Card: SBI Cards and Payment Services on Monday said its board has appointed Salila Pande as the Managing Director & CEO with effect from April 1, 2025.

The appointment of Pande, who has been nominated by State Bank of India, will be for a period of two years, SBI Card said in a filing to the BSE.

The board has approved the appointment of Pande pursuant to the superannuation of Abhijit Chakravorty from the services of State Bank of India from March 31, 2025, it said.
