The stamp Duty on transactions of securities and commodities for the state of Uttar Pradesh has been revised. The changes are as follows

Old: 0.002% or max Rs 1000 per day.

New: 0.05% or max Rs 1000 per day.

These changes are effective from April 1, 2019, onwards. The differential amount will be charged if any.
