Waaree Energies

Shares of solar module manufacturer Waaree Energies were trading 0.24% higher at ₹3,238 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 12:02 pm.

The company had reported a Q4 FY26 consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of ₹1,061.1 crore, an increase of 71.44% year-on-year from ₹618.91 crore a year back.

Revenue from operations increased 111.79% to ₹8,480.25 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26, as against ₹4,003.93 crore in the March quarter of FY25.

The company also declared a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share.

Adani Green Energy

The stock of Adani Green Energy was trading at ₹1,363.50, up 0.57%, on the NSE.

On May 10, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C Ltd, a wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary of Adani Green Energy, operationalised a solar power project of 150 MW at Khavda, Gujarat.

With the commissioning of this project, the company achieved a total operational renewable generation capacity of 19,735.8 MW and a total operational BESS capacity of 1,376 MWh.

ACME Solar Holdings

Shares of Acme Solar Holdings were trading 1.08% higher ₹286 apiece on the NSE.

On Sunday, the company announced that it has incorporated four wholly-owned subsidiaries namely: ACME Greentech Twenty Pvt Ltd, ACME Greentech Twenty Two Pvt Ltd, ACME Greentech Twenty Three Pvt Ltd and ACME Greentech Twenty Four Pvt Ltd.

The units have been established to undertake businesses relating to development, establishment and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects, according to an exchange filing.

NTPC Green Energy

The stock was trading 1.19% lower at ₹106.25 apiece on the NSE. The company's market capitalisation stands at ₹89,470.77 crore.

The scrip has declined 4.59% in the past week, while it has gained 9.27% in a month. Year-to-date, it is up 11.52%.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹119.95 per share on April 27, 2026, while its 52-week low of ₹84 apiece was recorded on March 2, 2026.
